Delivery Methods and Charges

Lead Times

We make every product to order. Due to particularly high demand, we have extended our lead times to 16 weeks. We are doing our very best to improve this, however, should you have a specific deadline, please contact us in advance of placing your order.

Delivery Methods

We use a trusted independent delivery company who are experienced in transporting fine furniture for all of our footstool deliveries.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery method is based on your footstool being delivered when our driver is in your area. Once your footstool is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day and time. Standard delivery is the only delivery option available if you buy your footstool via our online tool. The costs are outlined below. 

Named Day Delivery

If you need your footstool to arrive on a specific day, this can be organised at an additional cost and will be calculated depending on location. Please note you cannot opt for Named Day Delivery via our online tool - you must place your footstool order directly with us.

Delivery Charges

For delivery within England and Wales, we charge a fixed fee of £78.00. For delivery to Scotland, our courier costs vary depending on your location. For areas up to and including Glasgow, we charge a fixed fee of £120.00. For areas north of Glasgow please request a quote. If you live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, please give us a call for a quote. Deliveries to non-mainland UK or Europe will be handled individually, so please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
